The PS4-Exclusive Supergirl Figure is Currently Required to 100% Complete LEGO Dimensions

LEGO Dimensions has two figures that you can only receive through promotions – Green Arrow and Supergirl. In Australia, both of these figures required you to buy a new Starter Pack, meaning that fans who’d been playing since Day One were asked to buy the same game THREE TIMES in order to complete their collection. Eventually we also got a Green Arrow promotion at EB Expo (which was never advertised beforehand) but we haven’t had anywhere near the number of giveaways that the US has had (and even then, he’s quite scarce over there). It wasn’t all doom and gloom though because Green Arrow didn’t have any exclusive abilities you needed to complete the game – other characters like Legolas could easily fill in for him.

This seemed to be the case with Supergirl too, but with the release of some of the newer levels for the game it has come to light that there are puzzles that can only be solved with her abilities. So there’s puzzles in the current batch of content for the game that you currently can’t solve unless you buy a new PS4 Starter Pack, and it’s totally possible that there could be more on the way.

While it’s understandable that Warner Bros. appear to be keeping TT Games on a leash in regards to what they can and can’t say about the game, the lack of communication regarding so many aspects of the game is really disappointing. Hopefully the powers that be realise the problems they’re causing and fans’ questions and complaints can be addressed.
