Price Guide – Squid Sisters + Recoloured Splatoon amiibo

Splatoon’s Splatfest celebrations may be coming to an end this month, but with some special amiibo releasing tomorrow you’ll be able to relive that Splatfest feeling all year long. The Squid Sisters amiibo pack comes with Callie and Marie figurines thatwill decorate the Inkopolis Plaza the way it’s done up for Splatfest, and will also unlock new music in-game. Also releasing tomorrow is a new triple pack of Inkling amiibo. These amiibo behave the same way as the previous three Inkling amiibo, but are recoloured with new styles.

I’ve had a look around for who’s selling these and tried to find the best prices. There’s not a huge variance in prices between stores, but these are the best ones I could find. You might want to wait a while since recent amiibo have crashed in price not long after release, but keep in mind that the reveal of these amiibo mentioned that the recoloured Inklings would be available in “limited quantities” so if you really want them it might not be worth the risk.

If you live around the Hills area there’s a special deal you’ll be able to make use of. The EB Games store at Castle Towers has moved location, so they’re having a 20% off sale over the weekend. You can make use of this to get the Squid Sisters and the Triple Pack for $27.96 and $39.96 respectively if you go in-store at Castle Towers. The only exclusions mentioned are “Hardware, iTunes and POSA cards, refurbished tablets and phones, and expo tickets” while “accessories and loot” are included in the sale, so these new amiibo should be discounted.
