Kylo Ren LightFX Figure Officially Revealed
There have been murmurs and retail listings suggesting it for quite a while, but today the Star Wars Instagram account has put us out of our misery and confirmed that Kylo Ren from The Force Awakens will be getting his own Light FX figure in Disney Infinity 3.0! Evidently he saw Darth Vader’s LightFX figure and decided he needed to get one himself. The lightsabers of LightFX figures will light up when they’re put on the Infinity base, and look really cool. In-game they are functionally identical as their standard counterparts, but will fill in the little indent beneath their statue in the Hall of Galactic Heroes with a lightsaber. Kylo’s statue has such an indent, which was one of the biggest contributors to speculation that he’d get such a figure.
The previous LightFX figures were split exclusives between Target and Big W, so there’s a good chance this one will be exclusive to somewhere too. Once we get confirmation of an Australian date, we’ll update the events calendar with the relevant information.
