Achievement Images Show off New LEGO Dimensions Levels and Worlds
Earlier this week, the trophies for LEGO Dimensions first Year 2 content packs went live on PSN. The Achievements for the Xbox versions are now live as well, and their accompanying images give us a look into some new parts of these upcoming packs.
Mission Impossible Level Pack
In these screenshots we can see the Embassy from the beginning of the film, which has already been shown off in gameplay demos. More interestingly, you can see the IMF Headquarters, and the film’s finale where a helicopter pursues Ethan Hunt through the Channel Tunnel.
Ghostbusters Story Pack
Here we get our first real glimpse of the Ghostbusters (2016) Adventure World, which is interestingly set during the day as opposed to nighttime like the Adventure World for the original Ghostbusters was. It has sections set outside the city limits, which further distances itself from the original Adventure World. There’s also a screenshot that appears to feature the Mercado Hotel from the film’s final act, where the Ghostbusters have to save the world from Rowan and his machine.
Adventure Time Level Pack
These screenshots are a bit less interesting since they mostly only show Finn and Jake’s treehouse, which we’ve already seen. The first screenshot is more ominous, and shows some sort of evil presence inside a dungeon, though I don’t recognise these from the episodes I’ve watched.
All three of these packs launch September 28th, alongside the rest of LEGO Dimensions Wave 6. You can see what’s releasing when in our calendar.
