Com2uS Partners With Activision for a Skylanders Mobile Game Launching in 2018
Activision recently announced that a Skylanders game for mobile devices was in development, and it would appear that we now have the first details on what this is. Etoday (via Daniel Ahmad) reports that mobile developer Com2uS has signed a contract with Activision to develop and release a Skylanders game on mobile. The game is set to launch in the first half of 2018, and is said to be a real-time RPG which will pit players against each other in multiplayer battles.
Com2uS is a South Korean developer and publisher who deal with mobile and online games. Some of their most well-known titles include IMO: The World of Magic, Chronicles of Inotia and Summoners War: Sky Arena. They have already commenced development on their mobile Skylanders title.
We’ll contact Activision at a more reasonable hour in the morning to see if we can find out any more info.
