Chrom and Tiki Get amiibo for Fire Emblem Warriors, Past Fire Emblem amiibo Will Be Compatible Too

A new trailer for Fire Emblem Warriors was shown during Nintendo’s E3 presentation that gives a look at the game’s storyline and some of the characters, including Marth and Corrin. Two new Fire Emblem amiibo were revealed (Chrom and Tiki) which will be compatible with the game, although their functionality is yet to be revealed. All other Fire Emblem amiibo will also have some form of functionality with the game.

Fire Emblem Warriors will combine elements of the Fire Emblem series, like weapon triangles, with those of the Dynasty Warriors series much like Hyrule Warriors did with the Legend of Zelda series. Expect to take on hordes of enemies in various locations from the Fire Emblem series like Hoshido Castle, using a variety of characters that each have their own unique movesets and gimmicks. Fire Emblem Warriors will release this Spring for the Nintendo Switch and the 3DS family of systems.
