Splatoon 2 Will Be The Focus of a Fresh New Nintendo Direct

There’s less than 3 weeks until Splatoon 2 launches for the Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo have announced a new Nintendo Direct will take place this week which will provide some more details on the game ahead of its launch. We don’t know what will be shown specifically, it could be anything from new weapons to amiibo usage to campaign gameplay. Who knows! The Direct will take place at midnight between July 6th and 7th (this Thursday and Friday) which sounds really spooky and mysterious but that just means it’s happening first thing this Friday (AEST). You can tune in by heading to the Nintendo Direct website on Friday.

Splatoon 2 launches July 21st in Australia, and it’ll have three new amiibo compatible with it that also release on that day.
