UPDATE (26/09/17) – Article has been rewritten with Australian release info and new details on the DLC provided by Nintendo.

Nintendo have provided Australian details for the Fire Emblem Warriors DLC and Season Pass that was revealed at TGS. The season pass will be available on October 20th from the eShop and will grant you access to three DLC packs as they release, as well as instant access to a bride outfit for Lucina, because of course it will.

The content in this season pass and DLC was detailed as follows:

  •   Season Pass (20th October, AU$30 / NZ$33): The Fire Emblem Warriors Season Pass will grant players access to all three DLC packs as soon as they’re released. Each DLC pack will contain new playable characters and weapons. By purchasing the Season Pass for either the Nintendo Switch or New Nintendo 3DS version, players will receive a bridal costume for Lucina.
  • Fire Emblem Fates Pack (December 2017, AU$13.50 / NZ$14.85): The content in this pack is inspired by Fire Emblem Fates.
  • Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon Pack (February 2018, AU$13.50 / NZ$14.85): Many of the characters and other items in this DLC pack hail from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon.
  • Fire Emblem: Awakening Pack (March 2018, AU$13.50 / NZ$14.85): Fans of Fire Emblem: Awakening will love this DLC, as much content is themed after the classic game.

It was heavily implied during the TGS panel that Azura will star in the Fates-themed DLC, and the developers have said that fan demand will influence the direction of any further DLC, so there’s still hope for an Advance Wars pack.

Fire Emblem Warriors launches on October 20th for the Nintendo Switch and New 3DS systems.
