The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was featured in Nintendo’s E3 presentation, where they showcased the upcoming DLC for the game in a new trailer. This trailer also confirmed four new Breath of the Wild amiibo based off of the four Champions who fought Calamity Ganon alongside Link. It’s currently unknown what these amiibo will do (what else is new), but you’ll be able to use them within the base game and both DLC packs. The first DLC pack, The Master Trials, launches June 30th. This pack includes a trial mode where you need to clear numerous rooms of enemies, a harder difficulty mode, new equipment, and some quality of life fixes. The second DLC pack has been revealed as The Champion’s Ballad, and appears to be a prequel story based on the Four Champions. It will launch Summer 2017. The DLC is available for purchase as an Expansion Pass for $30.
